Qualifications

• 1–3 years of tree care or sales experience
• ISA Arborist Certification or willingness to obtain (company pays)
• Ability to identify trees/shrubs common to the region and advise care plans
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, and provide customer service within a defined territory
• Meet with residential and commercial clients daily to assess care needs
• Prepare proposals using sales tools and software
• Oversee work to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction
• Set personal sales targets with supervisor
