Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Seattle, WA is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. You will perform tree climbing and assist Crew Leaders on residential and commercial properties, with emphasis on safety, quality, and professional service.

You will gain hands-on experience in pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, and root collar work while following safety rules and company policies; valid driver’s license and 1 year of climbing required.

Qualifications

At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Commitment to safety and professional development.

Responsibilities

Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including Tree identification, Tree risk assessments, Pruning, Removals, Cabling and bracing, Root collar excavations, Properly maintaining and operating tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts).
Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies.
A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
