Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Spokane, WA is seeking a Production Arborist to support ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties under the Arborist Crew Leader.

You will perform tree identification, risk assessments, pruning and removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations, and equipment operation while following safety rules and company policies; a CDL-B license is preferred and outdoor work year-round is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Tree identification and tree risk assessments.
• Pruning, removals, cabling and bracing.
• Root collar excavations and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to safety rules and company safety policies.
