Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Seattle is seeking an Arborist Ground Person to join our outdoor tree care crew and gain hands-on training in arboriculture. This is an entry-level position with a strong emphasis on safety, learning, and career development.

You will learn pruning, rigging, cabling, and removal while supporting arborists on residential and commercial properties. A valid driver’s license and a passion for nature help you thrive in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Respect safety rules and company safety policies.
• Passion for nature and the outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Learn on-the-job to safely perform arboriculture duties (pruning, rigging, cabling, removal).
• Operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts safely.
• Assist Arborist Climbers and Crew Leaders on ground and aloft.
