Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for their Tree Care Maintenance division. You will drive new business, manage renewals, and schedule appointments with homeowners, HOAs, and commercial clients.

You’ll leverage Moon Valley Nurseries leads and your own prospecting to sell tree care services. You will meet sales targets while coordinating with field technicians and using Oracle Field Service, HubSpot, and Oracle CRM.

Qualifications

Proven experience selling landscaping services such as tree removal, trimming and plant health care.
Experience with residential, HOA and commercial properties is preferred.
ISA Arborist certification or TRAQ training is advantageous.
Ability to self-generate leads and work independently in the field.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies to acquire new business in residential, HOA, and commercial sectors.
Schedule on-site consultations and sales appointments.
Prepare customized proposals for tree care and maintenance services.
Maintain client relationships to ensure renewals and satisfaction.
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data and sales activities.
