Job summary

Lawn Management Company (LMC) is seeking an Arbor Field Manager to serve as a liaison between our tree care field crew and operations management in Houston, TX. This full-time role supervises foremen and crews, ensures timely scheduling, and communicates progress to Branch management.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience managing teams in landscaping or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to speak Spanish and English.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to direct and instruct others.
• Comfortable using computers and other forms of technology.
• Shares in company values and can demonstrate those in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Arbor Foremen and their crews, including scheduling and directing work.
• Ensures work is completed to company standards by conducting site visits and inspections.
• Works closely with the Branch Manager on scheduling, production, safety, and estimating new business.
