Lawn Management Company (LMC) is seeking Landscape Crew Drivers for its Central Houston branch to deliver professional lawn care services for commercial clients. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, with weekly pay and a view toward long-term growth.

The role includes mowing, trimming, weed control, debris cleanup, and operating equipment across outdoor environments. Training opportunities and a benefits package accompany full-time, driver-led responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; training possible.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record and ability to pass screening.
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Lawn Management Company (LMC) is searching for Landscape Crew Drivers for its Central Houston branch (77055) to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial clients. Our Drivers must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Landscape Crew Drivers are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers
• Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
• Hand pulling weeds
• Picking up trash and yard debris
• Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings
• Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members
• Other responsibilities as directed

Qualifications

• 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training!
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
