Clean Scapes is hiring Tree Crew Leaders to lead our Arbor Division in Texas. You will direct field crews, oversee pruning, removals, and rigging, and ensure safety and efficiency on site. The role offers growth into senior leadership in operations and arbor management, with ongoing training and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in professional tree care and crew leadership.
• Strong climbing, rigging, and pruning skills.
• Ability to lead a team and make safe, efficient decisions in the field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct a crew of 2–6 team members on tree care jobsites.
• Perform and supervise tree pruning, removals, and rigging operations.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure hazards are identified and controlled.
• Set up and maintain safe, organized work zones.
• Communicate clearly with crew members, management, and clients.
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and ANSI safety guidelines.
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial equipment, and trucks safely.
• Train and mentor climbers and groundsmen on proper techniques and safety.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper inspections are completed.
• Support jobsite documentation, work order execution, and communication.
