Job summary

Jensen Landscape Services | Monarch Tree Services in Martinez, CA is seeking an Arbor Crew Lead to direct the crew on job sites and ensure high-quality workmanship and safety.

Candidates will oversee 2-5 crew members, assign daily tasks, perform safety briefings, and coordinate with the Arbor Foreman. A high school diploma and 2+ years in professional tree work, plus ISA certification or progress toward it, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ISA Certified Tree Worker Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Arbor Crew of 2-5 on job sites and ensure safety and quality.
• Assign daily tasks to crew members and monitor compliance with job specs.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and tailgate meetings with the crew.
• Trim, prune, and shape trees and install supports as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time.
