Job summary

Jensen Landscape in Livermore, CA, is seeking an Arbor Crew Lead to direct field crews, ensure a safe, high-quality tree care service, and uphold our standards on every job site. You will assign daily tasks, conduct safety briefings, supervise 2–5 crew members, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with the Arbor Foreman to meet job specifications.

This role involves tree climbing, cabling and pruning, operating equipment, maintaining paperwork, safety compliance, and on-time project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of professional tree work experience, including management of employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and Arbor Foreman.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew activities on site and assign daily tasks.
• Conduct daily safety briefing and tailgate meetings with crew.
• Safely climb trees and perform pruning, cabling and shaping as required.
• Maintain daily paperwork timely and accurately.
• Supervise safety and equipment use on site.
