Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of professional tree work experience, including management of employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew activities on job sites and ensure safety.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor compliance.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and tailgate meetings.
• Climb trees using hooks/belts or ladders to access work areas.
• Maintain daily paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Supervise loading/unloading of equipment and report repairs.
• Train and mentor crew under Arbor Foreman.
• Trim and reshape trees; perform cabling and bracing.
• Transplant and remove trees and prep for moving.
