Job summary

ADP, Inc. in New York is seeking an arbitration administrator to manage no-fault AAA matters, including setup in Time Matters and transmission of arbitration awards to in-house counsel.

You will handle communications with the American Arbitration Association by email and phone, track statuses, settlements, and dates, and process related filings and invoices with precision to support ongoing AAA arbitrations.

Qualifications

• Previous law firm experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Setting up no-fault American Arbitration Association matters in Time Matters.
• Transmitting arbitration awards/master arbitration awards via email in-house.
• Communications via email/phone with the American Arbitration Association re: no-fault arbitration hearings.
• Receiving emails from the American Arbitration Association re: arbitration statuses, arbitration dates, settlements, adjournments, continuances, etc.
• Transmitting messages from AAA to attorneys and the claims dept.
• Accepting/rejecting settlements in the AAA Modria System
• Filing technical corrections to arbitration awards
• Filing Expert Witness Disclosures related to arbitration matters.
• Responsible for emailing attorneys Staff Counsel Review requests.
• Responsible for processing Outside Counsel invoices for appearances at AAA arbitrations in a timely manner.
