Job summary

Kolon USA Inc. seeks a commercially minded Sales Specialist to support existing customers and progressively own accounts in the Aramid business. The role emphasizes sales mindset, order management, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Initial focus includes learning Kolon’s para-aramid products, customer applications, and market dynamics, with opportunities to expand relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with para-aramid products or aramid industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of existing customer relationships and orders with increasing ownership.
• Develop knowledge of Kolon’s para-aramid products and end markets.
• Coordinate quotations, pricing discussions, and forecasts with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and monitor order status and delivery schedules.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and other commercial activities as needed.
