Job summary

Social Factor seeks moderators with Arabic language expertise to build and nurture brand communities. Roles are project-based, temporary or part-time, with flexible schedules including 24/7 shifts.

The team moderates in English and Indonesian, with a focus on engaging users and sustaining positive brand conversations. Candidates should have native-level Arabic, deep cultural knowledge, and proven moderation experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required.
• Live stream moderation experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mirror voice/tone of multiple brands).
• Excellent spelling and grammar; language test will be given for final candidates.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with Windows 10 and macOS 12; high-speed internet (>=150 Mbps).
• AI usage is encouraged for practice; prohibited during live interview conversations.
