Job summary

Social Factor is a social media agency that helps brands grow digital communities and engage audiences. We are seeking Arabic-speaking moderators for project-based, temporary or part-time roles with flexible schedules, including 24/7 shift options.

Ideal candidates are US-based or UK-based and capable of moderating in English and Indonesian alongside Arabic. Responsibilities include understanding client voice, engaging with users, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands).
• Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12. Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps.
• AI is a great tool, we encourage using it to practice interviewing, prepare questions for your interviews, and proofread your resume, however use of AI technology during live interview conversations is prohibited and could lead to disqualification.
