Job summary

Social Factor is seeking a Native Arabic-speaking moderator for project-based, temporary, or part-time work. You will help build and nurture digital communities for leading brands, with varying schedules and potential 24/7 shifts.

Ideal candidates have strong Arabic language and cultural understanding, experience moderating social media, and the ability to mirror brand voice. Proficiency with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to mirror brand voice and engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and ability to follow clear guidelines/workflows.
• Proactive attitude and high energy.
• Ability to interact with users in real-time and troubleshoot.
• Knowledge of major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.

US-based or UK-based Social Media Community Moderator, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for project based, temporary or part-time work moderators working in English and Indonesian. The Community Moderator role will work to develop strong, growing, digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands as work becomes available.

Temporary Language Community Moderator Requirements:

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language
• Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates)
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
• Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
• Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
