BCforward is seeking a Hardware Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA for an onsite role focused on next-generation AR wearables. You will own PCB design releases, manage SMT and FATP builds, and coordinate with APAC manufacturers to ensure timely, high-quality production.

The role requires hands-on hardware experience, knowledge of flex and rigid boards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electrical design or PCB development.
• Experience with wearables or consumer electronics preferred.
• Hands-on APAC vendor engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PCB fabrication from schematics to vendor approval.
• Manage SMT and FATP builds end-to-end for schedule, quality, and yield.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and cross-functional teams on flex and rigid boards.
• Coordinate APAC contract manufacturers and supplier readiness.
