TK Elevator is seeking an experienced AR Supervisor - Service/Repair in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and monitor collection efforts to ensure adherence to protocols and surpass goals, promoting prompt payment to maximize cash flow.
2. Review aging reports with collectors and collaborate with management to resolve outstanding payments, including participating in meetings and calling on large delinquent accounts.
3. Monitor collector performance through reviews and accountability, providing rewards or discipline as needed.
4. Take on frontline collection responsibilities during absences or vacancies.
5. Handle escalated accounts representing significant AR issues.
6. Collaborate with branch management for necessary actions.
7. Provide training and review protocols and best practices with collectors.
8. Train new hires and re-train existing collectors as needed.
9. Work with Billing Supervisors to resolve problematic billing issues for long-term solutions.
10. Support frontline collectors in issuing suspension notices and final demand letters.
11. Assist in preparing legal packages for attorneys, ensuring completeness for successful collections.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
