Job summary

Anchor 3PL is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team. This entry-level role focuses on customer invoicing, payment posting, collections, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

You will work with QuickBooks Online and MS Excel, communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Training is available for the right candidate, with opportunities to grow in a logistics-focused environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous Accounts Receivable, billing, bookkeeping, or customer service experience preferred.
QuickBooks Online experience required.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

Create and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
Post customer payments and maintain accurate accounts.
Monitor past-due accounts and assist with collection efforts.
Respond to inquiries about invoices, payments, and statements; resolve discrepancies.
