Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support for Shared Services entities.

You will manage AR aging, post payments, reconcile ledgers, and produce periodic financial statements with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality. The role demands excellent communication skills, ERP navigation capability, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with sales, customer service, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent data entry and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Run and review AR aging to identify outstanding accounts.
• Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and listen actively.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with wholesalers, vendors, internal and external customers.
• Create and maintain workflows, contacts, and a user manual for this role.
• Post customer payments to GL and reconcile AR ledger.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual AR statements and reports.
• Protect information confidentiality and assist with audits.
