Job summary

Persona Services Group (PSG) is seeking an AR Specialist to join the Signage Division accounting team, based in Watertown, SD or Baltimore, MD. You’ll own your queue from day one and contribute to both Triangle Sign & Service and Persona Signs, with Oracle cross-training planned for Q1 2027.

You will work closely with the AR Lead and report to the Accounting Operations Manager. This is a real ownership role with a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience.
• Strong attention to detail—accuracy in data entry and invoice processing is essential.
• Comfortable using Procore, GC Pay, Service Channel, Ariba, Coupa, etc.
• Clear communicator who flags issues early and follows through.
• Able to manage a queue independently and meet close deadlines.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and process service and lighting billing.
• Send customer invoices and upload to portals when required.
• Maintain customer account records—tax exemption, terms, contacts.
• Process refund requests, invoice adjustments, and balance write-offs.
• Support collections outreach and document past-due contact in AR tracker.
• Assist with month-end AR close and invoice completeness review.
• Pull data for the IDS monthly report.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Specialist to join our Signage Division accounting team in either Watertown, SD or Baltimore, MD. This is a hands-on billing and invoicing role focused primarily on Triangle Sign & Service, LLC, with a clear path to cross-training on our Persona Signs entity starting Q1 2027.

You will work closely with our AR Lead and report to our Accounting Operations Manager. Day one you are owning your queue — this is not a shadow role.

What You'll Own

• Review, approve, and process service and lighting billing
• Send customer invoices and upload to customer portals as required
• Maintain customer account records — tax exemption status, payment terms, billing contacts
• Process customer refund requests, invoice adjustments, and balance write-offs
• Support collections outreach and document all past-due contact in the AR tracker
• Assist with month-end AR close and invoice completeness review
• Pull data for the monthly Invoiced Dollar Summary (IDS) report
