Job summary

Amphenol Network Solutions in Liberty Lake, WA seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, reconciliation, collections, and cash postings. You will work with Sales and Finance to ensure timely payments and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years AR experience in manufacturing, a relevant degree, and ERP familiarity (Epicor). Willingness to relocate to Liberty Lake is required per the posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; ERP experience (Epicor) desired.
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer credit information and issue approvals per policy.
• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor aging, contact customers on past-due accounts, and drive collections.
• Perform daily cash application and reconcile customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly AR reports and support month-end close.
