Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join our hybrid team in Birmingham, AL. You will contact external customers to expedite payments, handle third party portals, and provide necessary documentation to validate invoices.

Responsibilities include time-sensitive payments, EFT setup, and AR cleanup in collaboration with branches. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Peoplesoft is preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED plus 2–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Peoplesoft experience preferred; strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Contacts external customers to expedite payment & collections processes.
• Manages third party payment portals to ensure invoices are submitted accurately and timely.
• Provides proofs of delivery and other documentation to support invoice validity.
• Produces reports for internal and external customers.
• Processes incoming payments and credit card payments as needed.
• Assists in setting up EFT payments and AR cleanup efforts.
