Job summary

ALS is seeking a full-time AR Specialist I for the Oils & Lubricants business stream. This hybrid role focuses on timely accounts receivable processes, client liaison, and month-end procedures, supporting a diverse customer base and fast-paced environment.

You will handle payments, invoices, portals, and month-end tasks while maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams. A degree is preferred; high school is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years accounts receivable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate main line phones.
• Process high volume credit card payments.
• Maintain Customer Portals.
• Create Customer Invoice Summaries.
• Enter Orders for Specific Customers.
• Follow up invoice queries.
• Liaise with clients.
• Reconcile monthly reports and debtor accounts.
• Answer all debtor inquiries professionally.
• Assist with month-end procedures.
• Responsible for collections for the company.
• Other duties as assigned.
