• HOA (property management) experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner inquiries via telephone, e-mail and walk-ins.
• Process homeowner payments and balance transfer transactions.
• Post payments and maintain billing records.
• Generate monthly homeowner billing statements.
• Assist with collections and foreclosures processes.
• Handle daily ACH/payment file transmission.
• Support accounts receivable tasks and reporting.
