Job summary

ThreatDown seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team in a hybrid role in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will manage AR inquiries, monitor aging, and ensure timely collections while coordinating with Sales, OM and other Finance teams.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in AR or related finance function, experience with NetSuite, and strong English communication. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with opportunities for process improvements and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections or similar finance role in multinational org.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, reconciliations and collections.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve queries from internal stakeholders and customers in AR channels.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of invoices; follow up on overdue balances.
• Communicate professionally with international customers on invoices, payments and disputes.
• Review customer card payments for processing and allocation; escalate payment issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, OM and Finance teams to resolve billing and collection issues.
• Support month-end closing with AR reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
• Assist audits with documentation and account information; identify AR process improvements.
