Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Chicago, IL to resolve outstanding AR dollars from our client base and manage all aspects of collections, including resolving invoicing issues and discrepancies. You will protect cash flow by reducing DSO and meeting collections targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quick resolution to disputes, inquiries, and invoice clarifications.
• Research issues, skip tracing, and settlement of past-due payments.
• Maintain positive relationships with external customers.
• Meet all collections metrics and goals.
• Increase recovery of past-due amounts with a proactive approach.
• Call and email 50+ accounts daily.
