NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Mansfield, MA. The role reports to the Operations Accounting Manager and focuses on day-to-day AR tasks and general office duties, with opportunities to grow within the department.

You will handle invoicing, collections, complex billing analysis, cash applications, and AR reporting using Workday and Excel, collaborating with finance, operations, and sales to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and experience with accounting software.
• Detail oriented with ability to interpret complex billing structures.
• Strong verbal and written communication for clients and internal teams.
• Strong time management to multitask and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Process and review customer invoices for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Analyze complex billing structures and correct discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations and cash application of payments.
• Generate AR aging and cash reports using Workday ERP and Excel.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales to resolve billing issues.
