Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents, staff, vendors and visitors.
• Manage daily AR operations including posting and reviewing payments.
• Process returns, refunds and reversals of payments.
• Research payment discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Assist with monthly lease renewals and move-out processes.
• Maintain AR records and ensure internal controls.
