Shamrock Roofing & Construction in the Kansas City area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist – Collections Representative to manage invoicing collections, coordinate with insurance companies, and assist homeowners to secure timely payments.

This full-time, in-office role offers $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days and 401(k) eligibility after 6 months, plus a 90‑day probationary period.

Qualifications

• Contact insurance companies to follow up on pending payments for completed projects.
• Serve as liaison between Project Managers, Insurance Companies, and homeowners.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans when necessary.
• Locate debtors and initiate recovery processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all communications and transactions.
• Assist other team functions as needed (Invoicing, Permits/Licensing, etc.).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Full-time, In-office position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., one-hour lunch).
• Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.
