Qualifications

• 3+ years working as a collections analyst or accounts receivable in a similar sized company in the commercial building construction management industry.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Deltek or Highradius.

Responsibilities

• Analyze delinquent accounts and make collection calls and emails to maximize collections.
• Review A/R aging and other collection reports to prioritize accounts.
• Monitor high-volume client portals for payments and invoice status.
• Adhere to processes for rejected, delayed, or missing invoices.
• Assist the Credit and Collections Manager in determining actions on challenging accounts.
