Job summary

TASI Measurement is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the United States, Florida, Largo. The role focuses on accurately applying customer payments, managing receivables, and driving timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.

You will reconcile payments, monitor aging, and support AR month‑end close with cross‑functional collaboration. The position requires 1+ year in AR, strong detail, analytical and communication skills, and ability to work independently in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; an Associate’s degree in accounting/finance/business preferred
• 1+ years in accounts receivable focusing on cash applications and collections
• Strong understanding of AR processes such as aging and reconciliations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Post daily customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately and timely
• Reconcile payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Research and apply unapplied or misapplied cash and process lockbox/remittance data
• Maintain detailed records of payment activity and aging
