Job summary

GroundMasters Landscape Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage contract administration, invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer account management for assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure timely billing and accurate payments. Responsibilities include processing NetSuite contracts, delivering invoices, reconciling daily cash receipts, supporting month-end close, and providing responsive customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting practices.
• Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Experience handling customer portals a plus.
• Discretion with confidential material and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Billing and contract administration including processing NetSuite contracts.
• Manage invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Support month-end close and posting of payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes with appropriate teams.
• Maintain customer records and assist Sales with contract compliance documentation.
