Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a residential real estate portfolio in Manhattan. You will manage receivables for over 800 tenants, coordinate directly with tenants, and maintain accurate ledgers and aging reports.

The ideal candidate has experience with high-volume AR in property management, superb customer service, and a proactive approach to collections in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential real estate receivables.
• Ability to manage high-volume tenant invoicing and collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

We are currently partnered with a Real Estate Firm who is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This hire will be working on the receivables for their residential properties which totals to over 800 tenants. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential real estate with a high volume of receivables. Knowledge of commercial real estate would be a plus as they have properties in that space as well. You will be coordinating directly with the tenants so strong customer service skills are necessary. They are offering a competitive salary, strong benefits, and are 5 days onsite in their Manhattan office.
