Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an AR Specialist in Kent, WA to own the accounts receivable process within a manufacturing environment, using Sage ERP and gaining exposure to Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience working with Sage ERP.
• Experience with collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations.
• Exposure to or experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and manage collections on past-due balances.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, and payment issues.
• Maintain customer account records within Sage ERP.
• Support month-end AR reconciliations and reporting activities.
