Job summary

You will process payments, track outstanding balances, handle invoice adjustments, and assist with general office duties in a fast-paced, detail‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or accounting support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process daily customer payments and apply them to accounts.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts and receivables.
• Monitor past-due balances and follow up on collections as needed.
• Process invoice corrections and customer credits.
• Provide back-office support to the sales team and other departments.
• Assist with general office duties and document preparation.
