Signaturecare Emergency Center Master in Houston, TX is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager – Collections. This leadership role oversees the billing and collections team, ensuring accuracy in reimbursements and timely AR management.

Strong knowledge of hospital billing, denial management, and payer negotiations is required. The position demands executive communication, integrity, and a hands-on approach to training and performance management within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Billing Management, Revenue Cycle, or Finance, including hospital billing.
• Experience with insurance reimbursement for in-network and out-of-network claims.
• Knowledge of NSA/IDR/TDI, third-party negotiations.
• Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, DRG, and revenue codes.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in billing operations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate efforts of your assigned Collections team to achieve department goals.
• Hold team members accountable to targets and thresholds.
• Direct work efforts of all team members in collections and back-office tasks.
• Provide training and onboarding for new and existing collection staff.
• Monitor payer trends, denials, and collection rates to improve A/R health.
• Develop reports to identify barriers and improve timely processing of claims.
• Collaborate with Coding, Payment Posting, and Patient Collections to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
