Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a regional AR supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and end-to-end accounts receivable management within Revenue Cycle Regional AR. You will provide leadership, analysis, and guidance to optimize cash collection and performance.

Lead in collaboration with the Manager, monitor billing workflows, ensure adherence to rules and regulations, and drive process improvements across portfolios. Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD/HCPCS and HIPAA is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle processes and metrics.
• Ability to analyze and optimize accounts receivable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department flow with staffing and productivity standards.
• Maintain knowledge of CPT/ICD/HCPCS and HIPAA transactions codes.
• Collaborate to meet annual department budget and manage schedules and PTO.
• Ensure training and competence of staff; communicate with customers.
• Maintain internal controls and performance reviews; mentor staff.
• Analyze financial data with Manager and track performance benchmarks.
