The position involves posting invoices, reconciling payments, and generating AR reports for site locations and management, with strong emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Review billing documents for accuracy and post to the company's accounting system.
• Provide weekly AR reports to jobsite locations and management.
• Monitor lien and bond claim statuses to ensure compliance and timely filing.
• Record daily cash receipts from wire transfers and mobile deposits.
• Reconcile and report cash activity against the general ledger.
• Maintain and organize AR and general accounting documentation.
• Assist the Job Cost Accounting Manager with various tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties within the organization as assigned.
• Interact with internal departments and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Bo-Mac Contractors is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a working knowledge of accounting principles, especially in a high-volume AR environment.
