Job summary

Vaco by Highspring's client in Chatsworth, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR team, ensure timely collection of invoices, and maintain accurate customer accounts in a predominantly e-commerce environment.

The role is hybrid (2–3 days onsite) with a 3+ month contract and potential extension. You will partner with the Controller and cross-functionally to streamline AR/credit processes, SOPs, and PO processing while supporting audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Oversee the accounts receivable team and ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and enforce company credit policies.
• Collaborate with Controller and leadership to assess AR processes and implement improvements.
