Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Chain Accounts Associate to support payment processing and AR activities for assigned accounts. You will ensure timely posting, resolve discrepancies, and assist with collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in collections or AR, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is preferred. Work in a collaborative finance team in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year+ experience in collections or AR.
• Strong communication, knowledge of collection laws.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process daily payments and ensure same-day posting.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and AR reconciliations.
• Contact debtors to collect overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate AR records and reporting.
• Support collections efforts with documentation.
