Job summary

Capital Seaboard is seeking a Credit & Collections AR Specialist to handle accounts receivable records and credit issue resolution. You'll monitor aging accounts, contact customers, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate customer profiles, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in accounting and 2 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably within the food industry.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the food industry.
• Organized and detailed.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and identify past due accounts.
• Contact past due customers via phone and email daily.
• Resolve Billing and Customer Credit issues.
• Negotiate payment plans as needed.
• Maintain customer profiles and ensure accurate information.
