Job summary

Bioworld Merchandising is seeking an AR Operations Manager in Irving, TX to lead chargebacks, deductions, billing, and cash application processes. This hands-on leadership role drives performance, partners with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Retailers, and fosters continuous process improvements to minimize revenue loss.

The role requires strong communication, B2B expertise, and advanced Excel/ERP skills, with a focus on vendor compliance and timely cash application.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Deep knowledge of B2B chargebacks and deductions, including vendor compliance manuals and deduction codes.
• Experience in billing, credits, and cash application with retailer portal requirements.
• Working knowledge of credit and collections, holds/releases and reconciliations.
• Previous management or supervisory experience with hands-on leadership.
• Experience with process improvements, controls to reduce chargebacks, and automation tools.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience; ability to build KPI dashboards and trend reporting (Power BI a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AR operations across chargebacks, deductions, billing, and cash application; train team and update SOPs.
• Monitor AR KPIs daily and drive timely resolutions.
• Oversee chargeback and deduction management, disputes, and vendor recovery tracking.
• Ensure invoices, credit memos, and retailer portal submissions are accurate and compliant.
• Oversee cash application, audit adjustments, and deduction coding; train team.
• Provide back-up support to Credit and Collections and resolve open balances.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Retailers to resolve claims.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce errors and improve performance.
