Qualifications

• 3+ years of related operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations workflow and owns the execution of transactions and processes; may manage direct reports on the operations team.
• Manages and is responsible for achieving business results; assists team with escalated issues and may reconcile transactions.
• Provides coaching and development to team members and leads team meetings and improvement sessions.
• Leads process improvement initiatives, reviews existing processes, and supports SOP updates and project work.
• Reviews transactions and reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure risk mitigation and compliance.
