Job summary

Accurate Background, Inc. is seeking an Associate Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our fast‑paced AR operations in a high‑volume B2B environment.

You will oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation, managing a team across locations and time zones while driving accuracy and efficiency. You will partner with Account Management and Customer Service to resolve disputes, monitor aging, and support audits and month‑end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts receivable, preferably in SaaS or tech services.
• 1+ year supervisory or management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AR process including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Supervise AR team across locations and time zones.
• Ensure timely billing for subscriptions and usage-based charges.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Service to resolve disputes.
• Monitor aging reports and minimize DSO.
• Support audits and month-end close.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
