Job summary

The role emphasizes internal controls, continuous improvement, and building out Nuvo credit management software, with a focus on risk mitigation, timely cash application, and clear performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in AR/credit/collections within a B2B environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience managing credit limits and evaluating risk exposure.
• Experience driving process improvement or system implementation in AR/finance.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Onsite (preferred) or hybrid at Marshfield, WI HQ; regular in-office presence.
• No visa sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop AR team.
• Oversee the full order-to-cash cycle: invoicing, billing, collections, disputes, and cash application.
• Own Nuvo credit management software; configure limits; train the team.
• Establish and track AR metrics: DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, cash flow.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and adjust limits; manage terms.
• Lead conversations on slow-pay accounts, holds, and risk decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in AR processes and controls.
• Develop AR policies, procedures, and escalation paths per GAAP/audit.
• Prepare AR aging, bad debt analyses, dashboards, and exec summaries.
• Serve as primary AR contact during audits.
• Allocate workload and foster accountability.
