Job summary

Nelson-Jameson, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the full order-to-cash process, including billing, credit, and collections. You will guide a team, partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Accounting, and strengthen internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AR/credit/collections in B2B, with 2+ years in supervision, and a strong background in credit risk management and GAAP. On-site or hybrid at our Marshfield HQ; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 5+ years in accounts receivable, credit, or collections in B2B.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in AR/credit/collections.
• Strong knowledge of credit management, risk mitigation, and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR team and elevate skills and capabilities.
• Oversee order-to-cash activities: invoicing, billing accuracy, collections, disputes, cash application.
• Configure and manage Nuvo credit management software and train the team.
• Track AR metrics: DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, cash flow forecasts.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and manage credit limits and terms.
