Job summary

David Yurman is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to independently run day-to-day AR operations and lead the AR team. This role requires strong AR/credit background, data-driven mindset, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize order-to-cash processes.

The ideal candidate will manage collections, monitor aging, and implement AI-enabled improvements to enhance accuracy, controls, and cash flow. Hybrid work schedule with NYC corporate office in Tribeca.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive AR, credit and collections experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience leading or developing an AR team is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Oracle E-Business Suite highly desired).
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support AR improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR functions including collections, cash applications, reconciliations, credits, deductions, and adjustments.
• Monitor aging and collections, identify past-due balances and high-risk accounts.
• Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce aged receivables.
• Lead AR team development and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
