Job summary

David Yurman Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR function in a hybrid NYC office. You will manage collections, cash postings, reconciliations, and credits while developing the AR team and driving end-to-end Order-to-Cash improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years in AR/credit within luxury retail or multi-channel environments, strong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle), and a focus on data-driven, automated processes including AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in AR, credit and collections or related accounting function.
• Experience managing or developing an AR team preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application, collections and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR including collections, cash applications, reconciliations, credits and adjustments.
• Monitor aging, identify past-due balances and escalate issues.
• Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce aged receivables.
• Own monthly AR close reconciliations and provide performance metrics.
• Lead AR process automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency.
