Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in accounts receivable or finance.
• Strong Excel/Access skills and experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft).
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, AR reporting, and reconciliation to GL.
• Manage billing, collections, and related reporting for multiple accounts.
• Direct staff development, cross-training and process documentation.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure contract compliance.
